Can I choose the figurine in a Blind Box?
No. The very principle of Blind Boxes is based on surprise: each box is sealed and contains a random figurine from a defined series. That's part of the experience.
However, thanks to certain approved suppliers, we sometimes offer the option to choose a specific model from a given series. These options are limited, processing times are longer, and prices are generally less advantageous than the standard surprise format.
Delivery and returns on MonLabubu
At MonLabubu, delivery is guaranteed from either Switzerland or France, except for products shipped directly by our partner suppliers in Asia (indicated on the product page where applicable). Therefore, you won't encounter any unpleasant surprises related to customs fees or unannounced delivery delays.
Returns are simple and handled: in Switzerland and France, we arrange free collection directly from your mailbox. For other countries, we offer an equivalent credit in the form of a gift card valid in our shop or with our affiliated partners.
Is it possible to know the chances of obtaining a rare figurine?
Yes. Each series generally announces the distribution of the figures (common, rare, secret). For example: 1 secret figure out of 72, or 1 rare figure out of 24. These percentages are indicated on the packaging or the product information sheet.
Can I return or exchange a Blind Box?
In accordance with our policy and legislation regarding personalized or sealed goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened Blind Boxes . If the box is still sealed, a return may be considered under certain conditions. Please see our Return Policy page.
What if I receive a duplicate?
This is a known risk for collectors. We encourage trading through specialized communities on Discord or Reddit, or at collector events. Follow our newsletter to discover our upcoming swap meets!
How can I tell if I have a rare or secret figurine?
Secret or rare figures often have plain packaging (no image), a unique design, or a different finish. Consult the checklist included in each box or our dedicated product page for the series.
Are the Blind Boxes new and undamaged?
Yes. All our Blind Boxes are brand new, sourced directly from official suppliers (Pop Mart, etc.), and have never been opened, weighed, or handled. A surprise experience is guaranteed for every customer.
Where can I resell my Blind Boxes or figurines?
We do not yet offer buyback services, but platforms such as Vinted, Facebook Marketplace, eBay or specialized Discord servers allow resales or exchanges between collectors.
